We ask that all boarding guests be checked in:
- Before 4:00 pm Monday — Friday
- Before 1:00 pm on Saturday
If you check out by 1:00 pm there is no charge for that day.
Monitored Care
Friday - Monday, we are staffed from 6:00 am - 11:00 pm. During our winter hours, which begin in October and end in March, we are staffed 6:00 am - 9:00 pm on weekdays with video monitoring available when we are not actively staffed.
Our Holiday Hours
Bradford Hills Pet Hotel & Grooming cares for boarding guests 7 days a week, 365 days a year. However, the office is closed for check ins and check outs in observance of the following holidays:
- New Years Day
- Easter
- Memorial Day
- Fourth of July
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving
- Christmas Day
**Staff will still be caring for the pets while we are closed to the public**
